About The Role
An IPV Operative works directly in live traffic lanes, operating Impact Protection Vehicles to safeguard road workers and drivers. We supply IPV Operatives to some of the biggest contracts in the North West, with regular opportunities for both day and night shifts.
Job Responsibilities
- Driving and operating IPV vehicles in line with safety standards.
- Protecting work crews by providing a moving safety barrier.
- Setting out and collecting traffic management equipment.
- Following directions from the IPV Foreman and TMF.
Skills Required
- Valid 12AB IPV qualification.
- Full UK driving licence (HGV licence preferred).
- Strong awareness of road safety and procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and alert under pressure.
