About The Role
As an IPV Foreman, you’ll lead a team of operatives on live-lane motorway and dual carriageway projects. This role requires strong leadership, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth delivery of traffic management operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervising IPV Operatives and site teams.
- Coordinating safe set-up, operation, and removal of TM equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with all LANTRA and Chapter 8 regulations.
- Reporting directly to the TSCO/TSS or site manager.
Skills Required
- Valid LANTRA IPV Foreman qualification.
- Experience supervising teams on live lanes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of traffic management standards.
