About The Role
s a Traffic Management Foreman (TMF) / LTMO, you’ll play a key role in leading site operations across the North West. Working on high-speed and low-speed projects, you’ll oversee teams of operatives, ensure compliance with safety standards, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. Job Responsibilities
- Supervising site teams during traffic management setups and removals.
- Coordinating with IPV Operatives, 12AB Operatives, and TSCO/TSS staff.
- Ensuring full compliance with Chapter 8 and LANTRA safety regulations.
- Leading toolbox talks and daily briefings.
- Acting as the main point of contact between the client and operatives.
Skills Required
- Valid LANTRA TMF / LTMO qualification.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of high-speed and low-speed TM setups.
- Ability to communicate clearly with site teams and clients.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.
